THE CROONER AND THE COWBOY

Met my brother in Los Angeles last month to catch The Crooner And The Cowboy tour at the Hollywood Bowl. Leon Bridges man, if you ever have an opportunity to see him live, don’t hesitate, go! What a venue, what show, what an artist. Pretty sure I cried a bit when Leon performed “River,” whew.

We mostly hung out in Koreatown and kept things pretty low-key and relaxed. Old men now—gone are the wild days of bar hopping and nightclubbing. Nowadays, it’s all about coffee shops, good food, and quoting lines from “Coming to America” and just catching up in person. It’s always a vibe when linking up with Bruddah Numsey, The District Bloke, Chris Cardi no matter the alias he’ll always be my brother.

As always, I had that thang on me and snapped some photos this trip. I also made a zine which I’ll do a post on next detailing my zine making process.
