PLAY BALL!
I wouldn’t call my myself a baseball fan, far from it. But it wasn’t har rooting for the home team, especially when they’ve never been to the World Series. In fact, the Seattle Mariners are the only team in the MLB that has never reached the big show. I was made aware of that this month, several times. I went to Mariners game back in September and was clueless to their record the winning streak they were on, and of course the improbable October run. The best part about the game, besides getting the W, was a behind the scenes tour of the press box and meeting Rick Rizzs and folks that work to produce a major league baseball game.
